Shipping policy

Ready to ship items and preorder items:

Please do not order ready to ship items with pre order items. If you do they will ship when the pre order arrives and ships. 

Shipping times:

Ready to ship orders will ship out with in 7-10 business days of order being placed. All pre orders will ship out 7-10 business days once pre order arrives from manufacturer.  Preorders are given an estimate of 10 weeks production time from preorder closing. This sometimes is longer due to manufacture delays. I know this is frustrating and we are doing our best to work on resoling these issues. Some times may come in sooner and some take longer. Hand embroidery items, machine embroidery items, and new designs do take longer. We do our best to work with the manufacture to receive all items as soon as they are completed. 

Postal service lost and damaged package. Order stolen once delivered:

Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the U.S. postal service. You will need to file a claim with the postal service and we do not replace these items. Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for delivered by carrier and are missing. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the local authorities for the missing or stolen package. We do not replace these items. 

Current Orders and Shipping Updates:

ALL orders moving forward will have to be sent to labs for CPC testing before they can be shipped. This is required prior to entry in the U.S.

All Manufacturers close in February for Chinese New Year and opened back up on March 3, 2026.

Manufacturers are also closed 9/25/26 through 9/27/26.

Manufacturers are also closed for holiday 10/1/26 through 10/6/26. 

  • Neon bamboo playsets: releassed from customs and has arrived. Shipping out. 
  • Ohana Collection: They had to adjust the neckline and print on one of these designs. Some have arrived and the rest arrive on 9/25/26. Starting to ship out
  • Flower tunic set: still in production. This is hand embroidery and will take longer in production. Expected in September. 
  • Bamboo lounge: mermaid, monster, bluey still in production expected to finish week of 10/16/26
  • Twirl bamboo: turtle, mouse still in production expected to finish September 
  • Bluey play set: completed waiting on shipping update
  • meaow tastic play sets:  Starting to ship out
  • Strawberry Playset: still in production 
  • Bamboo Duck and Sunflower expected to finish production in September
  • Kpop athletic sets: still in production expected to finish September 
  • Boys basic shirts:  shipped from manufacturer 
  • HP bamboo still in production expected to finish in October
  • HP cape, playset, boy top still in production. These have embroidery and take longer. Expected to finish production in October. 
  • Not so scary bamboo collection expected to finish production week of 9/27/26. Waiting on shipping update
  • Villains bamboo expected to finish production week of 10/12/26
  • Bamboo Jogger sets still in production expected to finish production in October.
  • Velour jogger sets still in production expected to finish production in October.
  • NBC athletic still in production and expected to finish week of 10/5/26
  • Spooky house play set and boy shirts some have arrived waiting on shipping update on remainder.
