Shipping policy

Ready to ship items and preorder items:

Please do not order ready to ship items with pre order items. If you do they will ship when the pre order arrives and ships. 

Shipping times:

Ready to ship orders will ship out with in 7-10 business days of order being placed. All pre orders will ship out 7-10 business days once pre order arrives from manufacturer.  Preorders are given an estimate of 10 weeks production time from preorder closing. This sometimes is longer due to manufacture delays. I know this is frustrating and we are doing our best to work on resoling these issues. Some times may come in sooner and some take longer. Hand embroidery items, machine embroidery items, and new designs do take longer. We do our best to work with the manufacture to receive all items as soon as they are completed. 

Postal service lost and damaged package. Order stolen once delivered:

Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the U.S. postal service. You will need to file a claim with the postal service and we do not replace these items. Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for delivered by carrier and are missing. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the local authorities for the missing or stolen package. We do not replace these items. 

Current Orders and Shipping Updates:

ALL orders moving forward will have to be sent to labs for CPC testing before they can be shipped. This is required prior to entry in the U.S.

All Manufacturers close in February for Chinese New Year and opened back up on March 3, 2026. 

  • Blue Lagoon Collection: shipping part of the order that has arrivedand remaining are shipping from manufacturer on 8/3/26
  • Swim: shipping out now. Towels set to ship from manufacturer end of week 8/3/26. 
  • Neon Athletic: still in production. Set to ship from the manufacturer on 8/6/26. Some of the fabric had to be printed multiple times to correct the color
  • Neon Bamboo: arriving from manufacturer 7/27/26 for Rompers and boy tops.  The playsets are set to finish week of 8/17/26. 
  • Ohana Collection: still in production. These are not finished. Expected completion date pushed to August
  • Perfect Lemon: still in production expected to finish beginning of August
  • VHC collection: still in production expected to finish week of 8/10/26. The hand embroidery pinafore is a longer production time. Playsets expected to finish end of week 8/10/26. 
  • Flower tunic set: still in production. This is hand embroidery and will take longer in production. Expected to finish end of August 
  • Bamboo Sunflower: still in production expected to finish August
  • Bamboo lounge: mermaid, monster, bluey still in production expected to finish August
  • Twirl bamboo: turtle, mouse still in production expected to finish August 
  • Bluey play set: still in production expected to finish August
  • Strawberry Playset: still in production 
  • Kpop athletic sets: still in production expected to finish August
  • Basic Leggings expected to ship week of 8/30/26
  • Fall/ school tops expected to ship week of 8/30/26
  • HP bamboo still in production 
  • HP cape, playset, boy top still in production
