Refund policy

All sales are considered final sales. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure of item size when ordering. Please do check out ready to ship items with preorder items. If you do they will ship together when the pre order arrives and ships. All preorders are not refundable once made. You can not ask for a refund, because the item is not needed any longer or deciding you no longer want items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 8 days from receiving the item to contact us. Item needs to be not worn and still new with tag to eligible for return. If we do not have a replacement item in stock, you will receive a full refund.
