Shipping policy

Ready to ship items and preorder items:

Please do not order ready to ship items with pre order items. If you do they will ship when the pre order arrives and ships. 

Shipping times:

Ready to ship orders will ship out with in 7-10 business days of order being placed. All pre orders will ship out 7-10 business days once pre order arrives from manufacturer.  Preorders are given an estimate of 10 weeks production time from preorder closing. This sometimes is longer due to manufacture delays. I know this is frustrating and we are doing our best to work on resoling these issues. Some times may come in sooner and some take longer. Hand embroidery items, machine embroidery items, and new designs do take longer. We do our best to work with the manufacture to receive all items as soon as they are completed. 

Postal service lost and damaged package. Order stolen once delivered:

Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the U.S. postal service. You will need to file a claim with the postal service and we do not replace these items. Lil Bear Boutique and Clothing is not responsible for delivered by carrier and are missing. It is up to the customer to file a claim with the local authorities for the missing or stolen package. We do not replace these items.

All Manufacturers close in February for Chinese New Year and opened back up on March 3, 2026.

  • Cotton Candy Collection: Still in production. These are hand smocked bodices. Longer production time. Expected to finish week of 7/6/26
  • Blue Lagoon Collection: Still in production. These are large hand embroidery panels. Longer production time. Expected to finish week of 7/6/26
  • Ribbed Play Sets: expected to finish week of 6/29/26
  • Swim: Still in production. Expected to finish week of 7/6/26 or end of week before. 
  • Andy Toy's Bamboo: Still in production scheduled to finish week of 6/22/26
  • Neon Athletic: still in production and expected to finish week of 7/6/26
  • Liberty Sparkle: shipping delayed because of fabric. Now shipping on 6/21/26
  • Patriotic Picnic: shipping delayed because of fabric. Now shipping on 6/21/26. 
  • Neon Bamboo: still in production. Expected to finish week of 7/13/26 or sooner.
